Themis Program Management & Consulting Ltd., a BC company established in 1988, and GAEA Management Ltd. operates the Family Maintenance Enforcement Program (FMEP) in British Columbia, a Provincial government program that provides services in tracking and collecting child and spousal support. We operate in a multi-disciplinary team-based environment. Enquiry Representatives are the first point of contact for all program enquiries; our Enrolment Officers process new and ongoing cases through the enrolment process. Once enrolment is complete, our Enforcement Officers manage diverse case loads and ensure maintenance orders are proactively and cost effectively enforced. Enforcement Assistants provide the necessary administrative support needed to ensure effective communication within our teams and with external parties. Our Enforcement Managers provide hands-on leadership to the enforcement teams to optimize service delivery and client relations. Our operations are led by our executive team and further supported by a business and technology solutions team, payment processing unit, and financial services office. Our offices are located in Victoria, Burnaby, and Kamloops.
